Bernadette, I just wanted to thank you for the great customer service. I know that after all your efforts to get me into the conference I ended up having to decline but I really do appreciate all the effort you went to to keep me informed and to offer the space to me when it became available. If I had known in advance how great you are I would have moved heaven and earth to keep those days open. Thanks Kim
